Happy Living is an entrance course, open to the general public. So it is normally conducted on weekends in public or private premises. The Seminar commences at 6 a.m. and ends at 6 p.m., and is conducted over a period of 2 or 3 days (total duration: about 24 hrs).

During these days the participants undergo various cleansing processes and different levels of meditations.
