Participants should not consume alcohol during the seminar.
Participants should not drink tea, coffee or milk and should report at the Seminar Hall with an empty stomach.
Participants should not smoke or intake tobacco during the seminar.
Participants should not use perfumes and cosmetics.
Participants should not bring pager, mobile, music system, musical alarm, watches, etc. or any other valuables.
Participants should not bring any magazines, newspapers, and religious books (outside publications).
Participants should not bring any valuables.
Participants should not bring any type of outside food.
Participants should maintain Noble silence inside the seminar Hall.
Participants should co-operate with the management of Nira.
Participants should remain within the premises during the course.
Participants should wear loose, comfortable, light, soft-coloured clothing. It should feel soothing to the wearer as well as the viewer.
